Garstang FC is committed to improving its status in the local and football communities by providing a structured opportunity for young players to progress through into senior football and by enhancing the facilities at The Riverside for both players and supporters, thus giving all Garstang players the best possible stage on which to perform. The 'Score' Lottery is now in place, helping to generate some of the significant funding required for ground improvements, but we still have to generate more income in order to pay for the day to day running of the Club. Throughout the West Lancashire Leagues, it is customary for the players to provide some of this income via subscriptions, but we have chosen not to go down this route. In return, we ask that all players acquire their own 'Player Sponsor', an individual or a business who would like to play a part in our endeavours and can contribute £100 for the season in order to help defray the Club's playing expenses. Your sponsor will receive recognition for their support in the Clubhouse, on this website with links to their business, and at the 'Player Sponsors' game later in the season. Please download the form below and complete it with your sponsor. If you have identified your sponsor but you would prefer the Club to talk to them, then telephone Les Taylor on 07967 337416 or email him at les.taylor@garstangfc.com. And if you really cannot find anyone to sponsor you, then call Les and he will try and help. In all cases, remember that a completed form is required to produce your profile for the website, which will be supported by a mugshot and/or action photograph. Thank you for your co-operation.
